I'm new to the 5D Mark IV and Compact-Servo Cine Zoon lens. The zoom operation works fine, but the rest of the buttons on the lens like the start record button don't work. Is there a setting to have all the lens features work with this camera, or is that not an option?
The Mk IV has no idea what those buttons are for. But my question is why are you using video lenses? If you are a true video person and have cine lenses, you need a real video camera which the Mk IV is not.
