My son has an older Canon 300D camera. He needs a new card with decent amount of space and as much speed as he can get for a camera this old. What would you recommend?
My understanding is that there's no sense in buying the latest and greatest because the camera can't utilize the full benefit of it's capabilities.

flashgordon,
The 300D can use cards that are around 8GB in capacity. It will not take advantage of the faster, newer still cards but will work with any card that is 8GB or less in size.
