2 Microphones 1 Mic Input on Canon Rebel T3i

Hey. Recording a talk show with two hosts. Are their any preferred/quality dj splitters or 1/8th inch connectors to Rebel t3i's mic input jack that recieve dual mic inputs?

You MIGHT get away with a simple Y cable to connect both mics in parallel to the single input but if this recording is of any importance then pick up a proper mic mixer to avoid the many possible issues of simply running two mics electrically in parallel.

Any of the simple battery powered units avaiable from Amazon and elsewhere should be adequate.  If you are planning to later move up to high end mics then make sure that the mixer you buy has the proper input connectors (and impedance) to work directly with those mics and can supply "phantom" power if applicable for your intended mic application.
