I have an 18-80 cinema lens and suddenly the AF servo stopped working as well as communication between the lens and a 1DX Mark II. I have a backup 18-80 and this one is also doing the same thing. Suggestions?

Are you sure they are compatible?
The spec for the 1d X Mark II battery is about 10 volts. The manual for the lens states 12 volts. May not be enough battery power for AF operation.

I believe that they also have an email contact, too. If it is an emergency, try the phone again.
BTW, they could be experiencing server or network issues today. I could not login a few hours ago.

I am pretty sure you are correct as I've used the lens on other Cinema cameras and not on a DSLR. I'll have to figure out a way to run power to it. Thanks!
