I have an R6, can i attach a 2x RF teleconverter, then an EF-RF converter ring, and then an EF lens, and have it function well?

"... and have it function well?"
The question should be, what does "well" mean? It will work there is no reason why it wouldn't work but how "well" depends on what you are OK with in terms of IQ and AF function and distortion, etc. Everything degrades when you use a te-con. It's just a fact of life sometimes not much and sometime way too much. Although I have six or seven tel-cons I never use them. It took me a while to find out I didn't like what they offered. You on the other hand may be well satisfied with the result and that's fine.
I have found there are few, very few, lenses that do respond OK to a 1.4x tel-con but my basic dislike of them prevents me from using it. I wish you success and full speed ahead.
