Use EF-S 24mm lens with EOS C70 and 0.71x adapter?

I personally own a Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM Lens. I recently purchased a used canon C 70 with the canon .71 times adapter. Will there be any issues using this lens with this camera set up?

Greetings,

The adapter is intended to be used with full frame lenses.

See the very bottom of this page:

Mount Adapter EF-EOS R 0.71x

If used with a EF-S lens, you may see some vignetting.  It will maintain the same Super 35 field of view.  Meaning it will adapt, but not increase the FOV.

To receive the real benefits of this adapter, you should use it with a full frame EF lens.  Also be sure to upgrade its firmware to latest version (currently v1.3.0)
