Unable to register RF 28-70 f2.8 IS STM

I tried to register my RF 28-70 f2.8 IS STM but am unable to do so. I checked the lens lists and it isn't there but a search for it brings it up but only for support. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for joining the conversation, Ed_M!  Some lenses, particularly in the RF series, don't use a space between the "RF" and the subsequent focal length.  Try looking up RF28-70mm F2.8 IS STM (note the lack of a space between "RF" and "28") instead.

Tried that already, didn't work. I've also clicked on the 'Having a Problem' link and the 'click here to see US Models' then searched the EOS RF lenses and it is not there.

How strange, I just tried on my end, and it came up, please try copying and pasting exactly what Danny wrote, and then delete the last letter to get the search field to register you put something in there. If it still doesn't work, please give our support team a call so they can register the lens for you! 1-800-652-2666.

That worked. It took a couple of tries but it finally found it. Lens is registered.
