Unable to complete Precision Alignment order

I am trying to enter an order for RF 200-800 precision alignment.

The "Submit" button will not work. Is there any tech help on this?

Hey, Mr. Campbell!

Because you have CarePAK on this lens, it'll be best for you to call the CarePAK team at 1-833-CAREPAK (1-833-227-3725) so they can help you resolve this.

They'll verify some info to get a pre-paid label to you. You'll also want to fill out THIS form, print it out, along with your CarePAK confirmation email & Proof of Purchase (receipt) and you'll be on your way!

Canon really needs to address the bugs on this website. Maybe they could get someone outside of the tech staff to sit down and try to use it. That's what I used to do when I designed web pages.
This process has been a painful labor.
Last year, it was easy.

This isn't a "bug" on the site. There is an issue with your product registration. I pulled up your account, but our systems didn't complete the full registration process. To rectify this, you need to call.
