Hi everyone,
I recently noticed the shift knob was falling from my TS-E 17mm. It looks like I lost the piece that holds it in place.
I contacted a Canon representation store but no answer yet.
Does anyone know if the knob is missing one or two pieces? Is it just one screw that holds it in place?
Do you know any reference name or number for the pieces i need to order?
Thanks!

Call Canon (directly ... not the store). You might have to send it in ... but hopefully they can give you the part number and send you to the parts department to order the replacement and you can pop it on yourself.

That was August Tim Campbell. OP should have had it fixed by now.
