RF70-200mm F4 L IS USM Return Status

Ordered the Canon RF70-200mm F4 L IS USM Lens from refurbished cite, decided to return to hopefully buy the 2.8 version later this year. In the meantime, I'm waiting for my refund to come in. On my end UPS delivered package to canon on July 16th, but have yet to receive any refund from canon. Hoping it won't take too long. I gave canon a call because I received an alarming email from them two days ago stating that "Your Product Return Has Not Been Completed." Representative told me to wait and apologized for the email. Anyone else have troubles with returns or wait times?

I have had no real troubles.  Sometimes the process has gotten confused on a repair - a call has always straightened it out.  I did one return and there may have been a wait - don't recall really, as I had the return receipt and didn't pay much attention.  It was refunded in a reasonable amount of time.  Please report back when things (I assume) are resolved.   Refunds, I think, can take up to about 30 days, or a billing cycle.  I believe that is stated somewhere, but that's just my very faulty memory of things.
