What is the RF5.2mm F2.8 L Dual Fisheye compatible with?

The online marketing material looks outdated and only mentions the R5 for video. Any other cameras compatible or will become compatible soon?

Thanks!

Well, just to put a pin in it, I’ll note here that the R6 Mark II did have a firmware upgrade last summer which made it compatible with the dual fisheye lens, contrary to what you and others had tried to predict.

Indeed it is , but his reply was in July, and support for the R62 was not added until Sept. v1.2.0  So at the time of his post, this was accurate information.

He also encouraged you to seek an official response directly from Canon.

Greetings,

No one but Canon can answer this.  I haven't seen any rumors regarding this, but that doesn't mean it can't or won't happen.  If you want to request this feature, visit Canon USA and use the [+]Feedback  Link > Product to make this request.
