I recently dropped my camera yesterday and the camera lens came out I tried putting it back inside but i’m no use and I didn’t find much help on the internet. I need help! if anything i’ll order a new one but I need to know if it’s fixable or not.

Hard to say, you should probably contact Canon.
I think it is time for a new one.

Greetings,
I agree with kvbarkley, and I'm sorry for the drop.😮
Can I also make these recommendations:
Use the camera strap that came with the camera.
Buy a Peak Designs or Black Rapids wrist strap
Replace the lens with this one:
RF-S18-150mm F3.5-6.3 IS STM (canon.com)

"I need to know if it’s fixable or not."
Actually that is not the question. The question should be how much will it cost to repair it as anything can be repaired if money is no object. However, the cost of the repair may come close to or exceed the cost of a brand new or good used lens. This is a fairly inexpensive lens so it does not leave much room for a repair bill.
