does anyone know if it is possible to connect a RF100-400mm F5.6-8 Lense on a Canon EOS Rebel T100
Wanting beginner lenses for wildlife photography and love the idea of this lense just unsure if I can actually attach it to the camera

No, RF mount lenses can not be adapted to cameras with EF or EF-S mounts.
You can go the other way. EF or EF-S mount lenses can be adapted to cameras with RF mounts.

There are quite a number of inexpensive EF/EF-S "beginner" lenses available for your Rebel. If the Canon offerings don't suit your needs Tamron and Sigma make a good selections. Check out the EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III at $200 bucks. The EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS STM a better lens for about $300. The Sigma 18-200MM F3.5-6.3 DC MACRO OS HSM C at $400. Perhaps not a beginner lens but the ultimate being one of the 150-600mm super zooms form Tamron or Sigma. Start a web search and you'll find several choices to choose form.
