Is Canon R10 compatible with a RF 85mm F1.2 lens?

Yes it is fully compatible and will mount directly to your camera without an adapter. Are you looking to do portraits. An 85mm lens will be difficult to use on a crop sensor camera. It will provide an Angle of View of 136mm when compared to Full Frame. 50mm would be a more friendly focal length on APS-C. It would have an angle of view of 80mm when compared to Full Frame.

As posted above not only a poor choice for portraits it is a poor choice of FL for a cropper period. Unless you have a specific requirement there are more friendly FL for you.
