No CarePak available for Refurbished RF85mm F2 Macro IS STM?

This refurbished lens does not have a CarePak available for purchase on its product page (it is the only lens I have seen like this). Calling customer support didn't provide any clarification. Anyone know what's going on, maybe it was an oversight, etc?

I reached out to Canon sales and inquired, they conveyed they will escalate the absence of the CarePak as it may have been an item setup error.

I pointed out that the same lens new is about $60 more and the CarePak is available. I also conveyed that the refurb with the CarePak simply offered more value.

The representative conveyed that they will call me back if/when it gets resolved.
