Can you provide history / back story on this issue?
New install under W11?
Installed / working under W10 and upgraded to W11, now it doesn't work?
Printer is connected how and to what?
What troubleshooting steps have you performed, etc?

Ran trouble shooter and it worked ; even thou the troubleshooter found no problem after I found the page to go to troubleshooter.
