won't print a full 4.6 photo

I have a PIXMA 7720, every time I try to print a 4x6 image on 4x6 paper it leaves a half inch of the image white, essentially printing a 3.5x6 photo on this 4x6 paper. It is NOT PRINTING ON THE ENTIRE PIECE OF PHOTO PAPER. I have selected "portrait", paper size = 4x6, paper type = semi gloss, photo size = 4x6, margins = normal, fit = full page. Nothing prevents my photos from coming out 3.5 x 6 instead of 4x6. I have Windows 11. Help!!

Thanks for joining the conversation, goodie9071!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to know exactly which Canon printer model you're using because Canon USA has released two different printers with the number 7720 in their name, specifically the PIXMA MG7720 and the PIXMA TS7720. That, and any other details you'd like to give will help the Community better understand your issue!

If this is a time-sensitive matter, click HERE search our knowledge base or find additional support options HERE.

Thanks and have a great day!
