I am sorry to hear that your PIXMA MP530 is not printing cyan. What we recommend is performing up to three deep cleanings, waiting for 24 hours, then performing one more deep cleaning. If this does not resolve the issue, your printer would require service options. To receive your service options, please e-mail us at mfp@cits.canon.com with what we had you do or call 800-828-4040 between 10AM and 10PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
