Hello.
For any inkjet printer, you may experience drying or clogging of the nozzles if the unit is not used for an extended period of time.
Although storing the tanks in an air tight zip lock bag may help, we cannot guarantee this will prevent drying.
When you are ready to use the printer again, please try performing 2 deep cleanings from the maintenance menu of the printer to ensure that the nozzles are not clogged.
Also, ensure that the unit is stored in a 32 to 104° F temperature environment with no dew or condensation as well.
