"put in cartridge" with alarm light.

mp360 printer shows "put in cartridge" with alarm light. Cartridges are in. Will print once then stop.

Had the head cleaned and it printed out the nozzle pattern fine, Tried to print a page same alarm.

If you have not done so already, I recommend taking the ink cartridges out and reseating them.  If this does not work, there is likely an issue with the printer in which case you will want to use the Contact Us link to get in touch with our support staff who can provide available service options.

I took the head out and cleaned the copper contacts on the back with alchol and also the copper pins on the carrage  that contact the head.

I have so far printed three pages. So far so good.
