My printer settings ALWAYS default to Ink Jet Hagaki, 100 x 148, despite me changing the preferences and defaults on the printer set up to my preferred Plain Paper, A4 (which was default for several years until this fault appeared a month ago) and on each of the MS Word and Excel print settings. In addition, both Word and Excel flash their cursors constantly making typing awkward - I feel that these are linked to the printer problem as they started at the same time.
