MX922. Printhead model is QY6-0086-000
Replacement is fairly straight forward. See this youtube video from Canon USA Support:

If your new printhead is not detected, there might be another problem.
Not properly installed
Non-genuine printhead (counterfeit)
Other unknown hardware issue
