Can anyone help me resolve an error 6500 on a Cannon MP 830?

Hi anita,
a 6500 error indicates that the printer is experiencing a service error. You can look inside the printer to see if there's anything that could be getting in the way of the carriage moving or the rollers feeding, and you cal also try unplugging it for about 10 minutes to clear the memory in the event that it's a memory issue, but otherwise service would be required. If you use the Contact Us link, you can get in touch with our support staff who can provide applicable service options.
