I have a perfectly working Canon/ printer but my HP computer is dying - my current computer is a toshiba laptop -I need the installation software plus drivers for my toshiba. Can anyone supply the corect link to install the printer software? My installation disc is no where to be found My toshiba is a Windows 10 PC . Thanks so much - I just love my Canon Pxma, hate to loose it. Thanks so much. KR

Hi kaiey,
The PIXMA MP190 is not supported in Windows 10. Windows 10 drivers are not available for this particular unit. Note: You maybe able to use the Windows 7 64 bit driver on Canon's website at www.usa.canon.com . I have seen cases where this driver works with Windows 10 but there is no guarantee.
Note: Canon does however, offer current PIXMA units that do support Windows 10. Hello to all,
I have a pixma mp 190. It always work fine......a few days ago, I got a problem:
The printer still work fine, but the scanner does not...when I try to scan some documents I get this error:
"Impossible to communicate with scanner. Cable may be disconnect....etc...verify the status...scanner driver will be closed"
What can I do ? considering that I never had problems with scanner ??

What program are you using to scan with your PIXMA MP190?
Are you using the MP Navigator EX?

Hi Patrick......yes I am using MP Navigator EX.
The problem is that scanner always worked fine....
Yesterday I tried to unistall and reinstall pixma mp190 software a lot of time but the scanner doesn't work
PS) the printer is connected to a router to share with another pc....but it works !
