Removed print head for manual fluid cleaning as I have done before.  After re-installing and replacing all ink tanks, only pgbk will print.  On other color shows on print head nozzle test page or anything else I have tried to print.  Does it sound like print head has finally failed and needs to be replaced?

Hi MH52,

 

Because your PIXMA MX922 is not printing correctly even after performing cleanings, your PIXMA MX922 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
