I have a Pixma MG3520 inkjet. It worked fine for over a year, probably haven't printed 200 pages total. Now it quit responding entirely. Can plug it in and turn it on, but can not turn it back off without unplugging. My laptop cannot find it at all. It is connected with a USB.
Also, the 4"x6" photo paper light is on and will not go off. Tried to re-install drivers, but it won't connect to computer. Have tried on multiple computers, same problem.
Is there a hard reset or something? It seems to have lost its mind.
