My printer has stopped working. screen says there is a paper jam. I have checked over printer inside and out. I see no paper jammed anywhere in machine. I have unplugged and waited 24 hours before retry. Still have same paper jam message and printer unusable. Has anyone else had this issue? Were you able to fix?
Any help would be appreciated,
