paper jam alarm on printer MP210

 Hi,  I'm trying to resolve a paper jam error on my Canon MP210.We currently have Windows 7.

To try and resolve the paper jam error, please follow the steps located at the link below:

If you still experience the same issue, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on.  If the error persists, the printer will require servicing.  Please Contact Us for your servicing options.
