my mac doesn't recognize that new ink as been installed in my MG5620.Copies well.

After replacing the ink cartridges in my MG5620, the mac still says low ink and won't print. The printer will make a copy just won't print from the computer. I checked cartridges, the lights are on, went through cleaning menu still won't print. What to do now??

Hi tansann,

To try and resolve the issue, please take all of the ink tanks out of the printer, turn the unit off, then turn it back on, and place the ink tanks back inside of the printer.  It should then update the ink levels accurately.  If you still experience difficulty, please call or email us using one of the methods on the Contact Us page for further assistance.
