My Pixma 922 stopped working all of a sudden! I get Error code: 1403. It says I have an incorrect print head.
I removed all my catridges and reset the printer with no change.
Can anyone help me?

Me too. I spent over $200 on ink cartridges since I print a lot of images. I am extremely unhappy right now!

This issue happened to me twice - once about 5 months ago and again tonight. Here's what worked for me (twice): download and install Canon IJ network tool. https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/pixma-mx920-mx922 There was an update May 16, 2023. Anyway - it works.

I found the IJ network tool and downloaded it and started it. The utility does not see the printer, probably because of support code 1403.
