mp620 printer error

i moved my office, now my mp620 printer will not print. keep getting "printer error"

no codes to look up.  just "printer error."

any thoughts will be appreciated.

Are you using your PIXMA MP620 with a USb cable or are you using your PIXMA MP620 wirelessly?

What version of Windows or Mac OS X is installed on your computer?
