Why don't I have Color Options? I just got the ix6820 and wondering how to change the color intensity as I would like the prints to print a bit darker. I'm finding them too light. I already changed the "Media & Quality" to Best. But as you can see by the attached images...I'm limited in features. Does this printer NOT have a Color Settings like the other printers to adjust the contrast? Also when I go to paper type I seem limited there too! Is this normal?
Based on my research.....this last image BELOW appears to be what others have.....Why don't I have THIS? 😞
