Whenever I try to copy an item, a letter that I long ago copied shows up instead.  I have checked the memory and it shows nothing .  How can I clear this from my printer

Try turning the printer off and back on to see if this helps.

If the issue persists, does this occur when you are performing copies direcly from the operator panel of the printer itself?  Or does this happen when printing documents from your computer?

Printer is slow when sent a hardwired signal from an iMac. color page print takes up to two minutes which is hard to understand.  Is there a way to speed up connection and print function?
