when i got my new laptop with windows 8 on it i had some trouble with getting my printer to work. i downloaded a update for my printer and couldn't get it to work. at this point canon came to my rescue and got it to wrok for me. the only problem at the time was i forgot that it also scans and didn't check to make sure that part worked. can someone please help me. i would appreciate it.
