I have purchased and installed an iX6860 printer onto win 10 and all works well and can print from Canon Easy-PhotoPrint Editor ver 1.5.5. I now installed my original ip4500 printer and this is recognised by all applications EXCEPT the Canon Easy-PhotoPrint Editor. As I used to use the canon Easy-PhotoPrint EX, I have reinstalled ver 4.7.0 but still I am unable to select my 4500 as the printer does not show up in the Printer: selection dropdown. If I go to Help -> Print the 4500 is available from the select printer and I can print the help pages. Why does my 4500 not show up in the main printer dropdown so I can print a photo. The 4500 driver is up to date.
