I've had difficulty with the Canon MX432 continually failing to be recognized by the various devices we use in our home, both Windows laptops, as well as a Mac Air, iphones, and an iPad. I had to re-set up the printer to be recognized wirelessly by my daughter's windows laptop, My iPhone 5 still will not recognize the printer even though I've been able to print from the iPhone in the past without difficulty. Sometimes turning on/off the printer will then enable the iPhone to recognize the it but it is not working this time. I remember this being the case when I first got the printer and thought I needed some updated firmware but I called tech support and the fellow had me do a couple of things (I don't remember what exactly) and it worked well after that.
Please help! This is getting very frustrating not being able to print from the various devices, especially my iPhone.
Thanks.

Hi crmark,
Let's check your printer's current network configuration. Press the Setup button > Device settings > LAN settings > Print LAN details > OK. This will print a page of network information. Here, we are looking for a signal strength above 80% and a valid IP address.
If the signal strength is too low, try adjusting your printers location or removing any interference between the printer and the access point. If the IP address is invalid, power cycle your router or perform the initial network setup of the printer again.
If this didn't work, or if you have any other questions, please feel free to Contact Us! Keep your LAN details page handy, since they will help with additional troubleshooting.
