Printon all documents broken up and unreadable
Displaying Error 5100 - A printer error has occurred. Turn printer off & turn back on again. If this doesn't clear the error, see users guide for more detail. Click Support if you cannot clear the error by referring to the user guide.
I have turned the printer off & turned it on again. I have also cleaned all the nozzles & done realignment. None of these actions have cleared the error.
I'm not happy as I am trying to print off a Ryanair Boarding Pass for flights next Monday 1st September and they are unreadable.
Until now this printer has performed very well.
Can anyone help please?
