I had a Pixma iP7220 that died last week and I now have a new TS702. Before I try to install the new one I would like to remove all the software from the old one. What would be the procedure for this?

Hi tristatesteam,
You will want to open View Devices and Printers and right click on the IP7200 series printer icon and select remove device. Once the printer is removed from there, go to add or remove programs and scroll down until you see Canon ip7200 series driver and remove that as well. After the printer icon and driver is removed, you can restart you computer and the IP7200 series printer will be gone.
