USPS Barcode not printing correctly anymore

My MG5400 will no print barcodes correctly anymore.  I have cleaned it with all options and performed all the maintenance.  Any suggestions? Thanks

Please clean the encoder/timing strip.  To do this, please follow the steps provided on this page:
