Hello,
Forum newbie here. Pleased with my Pixma MX475 but the online manual is not the most intuitive of documents!
I bought it mainly for its scanning facility as I've got piles of old family documents to digitize but I'm getting two identical pdf files when I use the ADF scanner; e.g. IMG_20160325_0001(0) and IMG_20160325_0001
Presumably I've done something in settings to produce this result. I had quite a fiddle learning how to use the various scanning methods from the scan buttons on the printer itself through to Document Scan, Custom Scan, Scangear, etc. (Why so many?) to get it set up to scan to exactly where I wanted it to on my HDD and altered several settings in the process.
I'm using Windows 7 (64 bit) on a desktop computer. The printer is connected via USB cable.
Any advice or guidance welcome.
