Trying to print on envelope...

Hi Canon Community!

I am trying to use my PIXMA MG5422 to print on A7 envelopes (5 x 7). I have them loaded in the top tray per the instructions on the printer but every time I try to actually print, they jam.

Any ideas?

Hi Lauren91,

The PIXMA MG5422 is only compatible with European DL and US #10 envelopes; it is not compatible with A7 size envelopes.  More information on printing envelopes from the printer can be found here.
