Trouble getting a return label for ink cartridges

I have been trying for 3 days now to print a return label for the ink cartridges .  Keep getting an error message to try again later.   Is this going to be fixed soon?  Or are you not doing the returns of used cartridges any more?

I've seen some posts from others stating that successful return label printing was sporadic or intermittent.  

Most major retailers like Costco, Office Depot, Staples, Best Buy etc, have bins at the entrance of their stores where you can recycle spent ink and toner cartridges.  I usually drop off the old ones when I'm buying new ones.
