The black ink doesn't print on my Pixar MP980 and the ink is full and working. Can anyone help?

I am also using cannon printer but i diidnot get this kind of printer issue. I think you should try to check the printer setting.

You can perform a series of cleanings and deep cleanings on the printer to see if this will get the ink printing on the page. To do this, please follow the steps located at the link below:
