TS9120 chopping off part of text both sides

I have a Pixma 9120.  When I print a document,  it chops off the first two letters on both the left and right side of the page.  I have gone thru all the settings, and can't find a solution.

I am using regular 8.5x11 paper, and print from the front cassette.  I am using windows 10 on my PC.

Would appreciate some suggestions.  I don't want to have to buy another printer.

Greetings,

Is this a typed document or an image of text pasted on a document?

This is likely cause by the application you are printing from ...  It sounds like your magins are not set correctly for the size of paper you are using or if you have the document "zoomed' you might also see this type of behavior.
