I keep checks in the rear paper feed in my TS8320 and have followed directions to set the Main Cassette as default feed. This fails often enough that it is infuriating. Usually if working directly on software resident to a computer I can check the feed in the system printer utility. However, if working with a PDF, or Acrobat Pro in general, or Office 365, it's unpredictably shifty and impossible to predict. Moving directly to the printer to make a standard copy it will always default to the rear tray. This seems like a deal killer and has already cost me a small fortune in checks printed with documents.
I'd appreciate any ideas about how to dependably set Main Tray as default?
