TS8250 - Printer Properties not offering Multipurpose Tray to select

Hi all, 

Am struggling with printing DVD discs using Windows 10 and Acoustica Label CD Maker on my TS8250.  There is no option to select the multipurpose tray in the printer property options.

When I select Printable Disc as a media type from the list it does change to use the multipurpose tray, but then when I try to print I get a printer error on the PC - see below

This comes up whenever I've chosen a paper size/type that would usually use the multipurpose tray.

Why is the multipurpose tray missing - is there a setting somewhere ti activate it?
