It's not my network settings and I am subscribed to a subscription plan.
The problem is I loaded the cartridges that came with the printer first and the colour ran out so I put in the subscription cartridge. I signed up for the 100 pages per month because I will be starting college next month and might need to do a lot of printing, but I may not actually use that much. I have tried reloading the cartridge switching computers etc etc etc but still no joy. My black is low and its telling me to order more but I don't need to because I have a subscription black still to load and there is still a good amount of black in the cartridge that is loaded.
The printer was registered and is showing in my canon acount along with my subscription plan. I purchased the printer in February and I only just a couple of weeks ago changed the colour cartridge however I did get it to do a print alighment, but anytime I try to print anything normally I get the error code.
