I've already powered off and disconnected several times and it keeps telling me there is a paper jam and there is no paper in the printer

Paper jam notifications can be tricky. Sometimes they are caused by misfeeds or forcibly removing a jam. Please check all paper paths and feeding mechanisms for an obstruction. It might be a tiny page corner, etc.

Did you figure out the problem? i've tried to unplug and leave unplugged for 30 mins, disconnect and reconnect from wifi, turn off and on, take out ink cartridges and manually roll roller to see if any pieces of paper come out and they roll fine with no paper coming out but i'm still getting the same paper jam error.
