My PIXMA TS9020 will not retract the paper output tray at power off. Computer OS is Windows 10, 12 gig ram, 1tb hard drive, Dell Inspiron i3 3rd. gen quad 4 processor.

Thanks in advance,

Steve

I want to leave my printer power on, but don't like the retractable tray sticking out.  Is there a button I can push to retract it, or is the only way to push it back in based on the picture you posted by doing it manually.

No problem closing the tray manually. Problem is that the tray is supposed to retract automaticly upon power off but doesn't.
Thanks,
Steve
