TS 5320 Printer won't print from cassette tray

Out of the blue, I'm getting error message 2114 (paper mismatch) having to do with the rear tray , which I never use and is empty.

I have always used (2 years) the front cassete tray w/o problems until yesterday. I am wirelessly connected from my Chromebook. Can someone help???

I'm also having this problem. I'm trying to print a normal document on regular "Letter" paper and the printer is showing the Support Code 2114 error "The following paper is not loaded in the rear tray. Letter semi-gloss".

I have tried changing the input tray settings on the chromebook to "Primary Tray" but it didn't make a difference. I also changed the Color settings to "Black and white" without any luck.

Any ideas?

I am having this issue with Canon TS8320, which will only print to the rear tray and try to use Plus Semi Gloss paper, no matter what I do with my Chromebook.

I reported the problem to Google, with no response so far.
